- 1.5 oz your favorite brand of reposado tequila
- .5 oz roasted jalapeño agave*
- .5 oz Parma pomegranate flavored liqueur
Squeeze of lime juice
- 2 dashes celery bitters
- 2 dashes whisky bitters
Stir all together and pour over ice.
Serve with lime slice and a roasted jalapeño on the rim.
* Roast 1-2 jalapeños, peel and seed. Add to 1 cup agave and let sit 30 minutes to overnight. The longer is sits, the hotter it will be.
